RLM Xtreme
It’s no longer necessary to use costly, awkward, and potentially unsafe metal fixturing that can interfere with system access. Xtreme combines the best UV-C components in a simple, flexible, and affordable system design that’s easily configurable to fit into most any plenum. Its exclusive EncapsuLamp™ (FEP lamp coating) technology protects a system, space, and installer from lamp residues such as gas, mercury, and glass should an accidental lamp break occur. Whether your application is coil irradiation, killing infectious microorganisms, or both, Xtreme delivers flexibility, service life, and the industry’s longest warranties, all at the lowest possible price. For almost a decade, the choice for UV-C has been clear—RLM Xtreme! |
DEF High Output Series
DEF HO fixtures build on the industry standard to provide up to two times the output of standard fixtures for enhanced airborne kill rates. They are designed to provide a higher level of irradiation in HVAC environments whether for airborne kills or for surface irradiation. Often, fewer of these higher output devices can be used to save space, installation labor and lamp replacement costs. They also function extremely well in surface irradiation applications to quickly return coil heat transfer efficiency, eliminate coil cleaning and maintenance, and improve air quality. For airborne disinfection, the DEF HO provides the necessary UV-C energy to kill the toughest airborne microorganisms. |
DEF Standard Output Series
DEF SO fixtures are the industry standard for HVAC fixturing. They are designed for use in HVAC environments to provide surface irradiation of cooling coils to regain heat transfer, eliminate coil maintenance and improve indoor air quality. These fixtures feature a 120-277V waterproof ballast that will withstand the harshest HVAC environments. It’s plug-n-play, fixture-to-fixture, wiring scheme provides a quick, simple and error proof method for row assembly. When installed the DEF also provides a margin of kill of airborne infectious agents to lower counts of viable microorganisms in the occupied space. DEF fixtures are warranted for 3 years and typically pay for themselves in six months or less. |
GLO™ Upper Air UV Fixture
Upper air ultraviolet (UV) lights have been an effective tool in reducing the risk of airborne disease transmission for decades. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): “studies have shown that a properly designed and maintained upper-room UVGI system may be effective in killing or inactivating TB bacteria”1.
The GLO fixture exceeds the performance guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for hospital and healthcare applications. |
X-Plus™
The X-Plus combine’s maximum UV-C performance with an affordably priced NEMA 4x rated, single-ended lamp fixture that can be used most anywhere UV-C is needed. X-Plus installs on the exterior of most any HVAC unit or duct, outdoors or in, and the lamp projects into the airstream, including those areas downstream of the coil. There is no need to have access to the unit’s interior to install or provide lamp service. The X-Plus also includes excellent safety features including a lockable entry/switch (power off) system, allowing it to be used in areas where there may be unauthorized access, such as schools, universities, military sites, and others. With lamp lengths from 12” to 61”, X-Plus is easily applied to most any rooftop (ideal), through-the-wall, split or packaged system of unusual configuration or location, in systems up to 30 tons and more. |
